Marvel's Midnight Suns: Redemption Review (Zebedee)
Again, it's fine. Get the season pass (legendary edition on sale is a good option).
Eddie's a bit of a blockhead, Venom seems to be perfectly alright from what I've played with him without striking me yet as essential to take along on missions (I play at U3).
As with Deadpool the thing to the DLC is that it fully integrates the game so you only get a sense of that by seeing the friendship/Abbey side rather than a narrow focus on the few new missions added. Personally, as I've several post-game runs, I'm at the point of waiting for all DLC to be released now so I can do a full run with them.
Some bugs seem to have been cleared up from the Deadpool DLC (eg hero ops issues) while there's the now traditional bit of additional hiccups added. Thing I'd highlight most is that in the post-game saves there's some timeline issues with when talking to characters are happening (eg speaking to Magic about something when you haven't even done the first DLC mission).
So, yeah, pretty much as expected.
