Light Fingers Review (ok.)

This is such a great game, it's pretty much a hidden gem. The artwork and how the board moves and is animated is so amazing!
I played this game a bunch on the Switch!
Reading the other reviews, PEOPLE, IT HAS HOUSE RULES which allow some neat customizations. I like disabling the randomness in loot for dungeons and reduce dungeon loot. Being able to grab 3 loot and pretty much immediately win on a small game is OP.
ONLINE MULTIPLAYER IS VIA REMOTE PLAY TOGETHER. Playing locally is also shared screen, everybody sees your cards, which is fine. Having dedicated online functionality would be neat but is not something that I'd prioritize at this point. Which leads me to my next thought.
Numizmatic seems to be a very small dev team, so I'm glad to see that they were able to release this game on Steam. I was looking forward to playing with friends remotely since I played it on the Switch. it had been announced on Steam a couple of years ago and I'd given up hope it actually being released.
That being said, the game has some snags. Having played it a bunch, I know all the behaviors, but I understand it can be unfriendly to new players. On one hand it's part of exploring and understanding the mechanisms but having a tutorial mode or better tips on what things do, what tiles are what, what a golem is, etc would be great.
Looking forward to playing it more!
