I never played any of previous games of these series. The game visually looks great and amazing, looks modern and runs pretty smoothly. To be honest I was expecting this game to be more terrifying maybe something like Visage, but there hasn't been any horror elements so far. Puzzles are pretty easy and not complex at all. It has been mostly walking from room to room and interacting with elements to unlock next part.
But on the other hand the game is doing a very good job at telling a story, I think it's pretty cool and unique.
Not sure the horror elements will be increased later in the game but at least the story is what actually making me to move forward, I really want to know and see what happened here.
It seemed this game is a remake of previous games and dlcs and I think for this price totally worth it, so if you are fan of psychological horror/walking simulator games with amazing visuals and story telling I recommend it.
