Kingdom Come: Deliverance - The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon Review (lamb)
Contains a ton of spoilers:
✅ I really thought it was nice to haunt Ledetchko, doing all of the spooky things like changing the water and the meat from the butcher, I also really liked the dialogue with the dog where you had to interact with it time and time again to get the dogs bark.
✅ I loved scaring Fearless Felix and his friends!
✅ Hans Capon is a nice character, the entire Romeo and Juliet carfuffle you had with him is kinda funny, it's a very very goofy interaction when he goes to Karolina and messes up his words, and then you can just decide to sing, super funny.
✅ I love the thought of a dice tournament, it was cool to see a small settlement in the forest in the middle of nowhere with bandits and the like gambling, super cool.
❌If you go to Hans Capon and you're one hour too late to pick him up, you get an infinite loading screen, very very silly and game breaking, had to restart multiple times.
❌The DLC was very short, but had very time consuming and almost repetitive quests. Especially the achievements you get are very dependent on if you saved your game or not.
❌I wanted to finish the Epilogue, but I had to do these quests first before finishing it, which really felt like lead in my shoes. I had no will or power to do these quests just to finish the game.
❌The ending was incredibly garbage, Karolina was the " love of his life ", and then after doing ALL THESE THINGS for Hans, he pretty much says he doesn't care anymore, and that's the ending of the story. It was very heartbreaking to see how bad the ending was.
