I Expect You to Die 2 Review (Samperu)

I Expect You to Die 2 is a prime example of everything a franchise should aim for when making a sequel. if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
The narrative is way more thoughtful and developed than its prequel and it truly makes you believe that you are in fact a secret agent on a mission to save the entire world. While the original took you on many different settings that vastly differed from each other, this one takes you on a more cohesive one that feels more complete.
The controls are just as snappy as the original and it really makes you wish that more VR titles would adopt similar controls because they work as intended and they don't hinder the experience in any way.
To me, the puzzles felt a bit easier than the prequel but this could be the result of many factors such as me being more familiar with the franchise and the developers having more experience fine tuning their puzzles, which in return, would make them less cryptic than the original. All in all, I'll take easier thoughtful puzzles over harder bur cryptic ones.

If you loved the original, than you'll surely have an amazing time with this one.
