What a joke. This is a $20 fix to the game's issue with it's AI playing sim city while you build an army. Not only are they asking you to fork over $20 for something that exists to fix a problem with the game itself, this thing sucks. The "diplomacy" system boils down to 'accept my demand or be in war 24/7'.
Keep in mind that while it is stupid on it's own to have the only application of this being that you are forced to do something like give up a city or pay money or go to war; the entire reason this DLC exists is to patch the strength of playing militaristic against AI. You can completely ignore this piece of garbage DLC and just start wars anyways and kill everyone still.
Overall, this is a bland and pointless DLC and it is a complete insult to the playerbase that they are charging $20 for something that is a balance fix for the main game. This should have been an update to the game if anything but it shouldn't even exist at all. A barbaric diplomacy system rather than fixing the AI is just ridiculous.
