It's the perfect game for someone like me who loves procrastinating on cleaning my own room while getting lost in decorating and demolishing virtual walls. The tasks are incredibly satisfying, and I always find myself going above and beyond what the game expects. It's addicting—I often spend 1-2 hours on just one house without even realizing it.

Many people compare the building satisfaction in House Flipper to The Sims, lets be honest - The Sims 4 takes the crown in terms of building complexity and options. BUT House Flipper is still fantastic in its own right. The base game is enjoyable and offers plenty of content to keep you engaged. I bought two DLCs, but even with just the base game, I had a lot of fun and playtime.

The DLC packs add a lot of exciting new features and items, enhancing the overall experience (+ the price is fair imho).

The game could use more variety in house designs, and bunkers can be quite annoying to deal with. Also, it's a bit of a letdown that you have to buy a pack just to mow the lawn.
One feature I think would elevate this game to the next level is a co-op mode. It would be amazing to team up with friends to flip houses together.

Despite these minor criticisms, I can't give House Flipper anything less than a glowing review.
It's an amazing, cozy game that's perfect for unwinding and getting creative. Highly recommended! ♥
