I couldn't resist this DLC and my first impressions were good. I love the new colour shading of the wall demolition areas - so much easier than the map. Also loving the new items (not everything is about kitchens). I haven't worked out how to use the eggs from my hens with with the universal cooker yet. Having done 2 of the jobs I thought I would have a go at designing my own cafe. What a disappointment! Doing up the homes to 'rent as cafe' I found there are no room types for cafes and you only need a kitchen and bathroom. What's more if you have an upstairs to the house and create a bedroom/ living room/ closet it will exclude you from renting as a cafe. This is plain silly as I had to leave those rooms empty to make it possible to rent as a cafe. The outdoor seating in the garden counted for nothing. The garden competition does not integrate with renting (at least not cafes - haven't tried it with renting homes) so doing anything with that was also a waste of time. If you love House Flipper (like me) then I think you'll enjoy this addition for the new items but think of it as an 'add on' game. Also rents were far lower than expected so I think I'll probably stick with pimping houses and gardens for sale.
