Golden Idol Investigations: The Lemurian Phoenix Review (Typo)
I am finding there to be some sloppiness and I am very frustrated with the DLC.
The first scenario has a completely unmotivated murder where the big solve for the scenario is what the government title of the murderer is. Like, the murderer isn't even characterized enough to get a name yet. Which, fine, MYSTERY, but it's not very rewarding to pick out some pretty subtle details to basically at the end have no more information than what you started with--your deductions get you to the next screen, but they aren't meaningful.
The second scenario starts to really throw some leaps of logic in, specifically the murder weapon doesn't feel fair to figure out. I used the hint system whose hints actually end well before explaining why the moisturizer was the thing that was tampered with, and even knowing it in retrospect and looking at all the information present I cannot figure out the logic.
