Game Dev Tycoon Review (Crystalis)

Not a bad little game, given the age. If you're on the fence, wishlist it and get it while it is on sale, like I did. I paid less than 2 bucks for this game, and while I "beat" it on my 6th(/7th?) attempt those attempts took the better part of a couple of days of pretty intense play time. I'm still going to play again, since I didn't get to some facets of the game by the time it 'ended' apparently. I had 400 million in assets and a full team of programmers, had put out a number of medium games and just done my first large game when the 35 year mark, which is the end. One of my things I was judged on was 'custom consoles released' and I never got a custom console even THOUGHT of. Neither had I done much of the advanced training for my programmers.
The game will let you keep developing after that, but new console releases and story elements cease, as the story has reached the modern era of modern consoles/PCs and opted not to do any fortune-telling with their story. About the only criticism I can think of the design are these two items :
1. I would love for the game to nag me if I'm going to release something with its default title of Game #X. I'm not sure if you get penalized for this, but I am fairly certain if you flub the game AND have the generic title, you get made fun of with reviews like 'no better than the title'. Anyway, it just breaks my immersion a little, which I try to have about 'me' and 'my company' in the game. I know, I know, pay attention, but medical marijuana is legal in this state so sometimes I'm doing good to think of a name. :-P
2. Not sure why the ability to set your game's release price and subsequent price reductions (or if price reduction the longer the game is out is even a thing) wasn't included. You get to tweak soooo many other little facets and details, and once you're in the late game and have a ton of options unlocked, being able to turn on different levels of dialogue immersion based on the game type versus other features is super cool. I would just maybe like the ability to try and 'innovate' on prices, especially early game, to see if I can sell lesser rated games if I sell them cheaply.
