From Space Review (alanspaz)

There is a review that shows the person himself clearly has no desire to enjoy the game. He plays the "its not a bad game but" trope while only have 3 hours of game time. This game has 3 simple aspects. 1 fun humor with cute characters/enemies. 2 a decent variety of guns from 4 simple ammo types (standard, blast, energy, special) the inventory system is easy to figure out and the only hard part is while you are a lower level your inventory is very limited. you can use stashes to hold all items you dont want to hold on you as it seems you would enjoy shooting things more than placing items or throwing items (tho youd still enjoy doing so). As you level up you will unlock more gun slots, item slots, and perk slots that you could easily swap between and hold. the boss fights are a bit challenging at first and even when you search some times the bar that lowers how protected the boss area is it may be difficult to drop below 1 bar worth (over half the entire bar) Do not let people who want immediate gratification and pats on the back for existing be the reason you decide not to play a game like this. in terms of playing single player id give it a 7/10 the reason being mainly for the aspect of your inability of command the AI you can acquire along the way. The real only ability with them is to make them stay in place as oppose to telling them to go somewhere (hence why multiplayer would be more desirable). Multiplayer id give a 9/10 for the same reason as single player if you are playing with 1 other person each person could grab an AI to follow them (or 1 person could grab 2). Gun wise id give the selections a 8/10. Their are several guns you can only get behind locked rooms that have keys very close by just hidden behind something. They dont give you a lot of ammo in terms of how much you can hold but you will more then likely always have ammo boxes for each type close by as well as anytime you kill enemies they tend to drop blobs(currency) as well as ammo for the weapon you might be low on ammo for. Character selection would be 9/10 you have 2 tanks 2 DPS and 2 type of turret users. the problem is tho they each have their own special guns their abilities could have varied a little. (engineer would be able to put down a tesla coil that shoots in all directions but is very weak while the field engineer would craft the UZI turret that only has a directional field of attack of around 100 degrees both being stationary devices that cant be picked up. All in all this game is 100% worth the $15 it costs and is well worth having a fun few game nights with the boys/ girls.
