Summary

Forza offers something for everyone, from muscle cars to Supersports and crazy modded offroads.
Very newbie friendly, you can just hand the controller/keyboard to someone who never played it and he will be drifting around Edinburgh in no time.
A great racing game that looks amazing, and is easy to play. Car controls are more on the arcade side but still satisfying.
Option to play any race with whatever car you like.
Multiplayer is still alive with many players and multiple modes to choose from.
The game runs exceptionally well even on mid-tier hardware and consoles.
Car customizations are going pretty deep, luckily you can just apply an already pre-configured preset made by someone else.

Unless you are from those few countries which do drive on the left you might have a hard time getting used to driving in the left line instead of the right line.

Voice chat can only be disabled from Xbox account privacy settings, not ingame… making the multiplayer experience very frustrating with all the console players and open mics.

Playtime: 100+ hours

Achievements: mostly easy, multiplayer achievements might be challenging (required DLCs: Fortune Island, LEGO@ Speed Champions)
One achievement requires you to log in at least once every 48 hours to complete the daily challenge for 28 days (4 weeks / 1 ingame season)

Overall: 9/10

Additional notes
I recommend grabbing the Ultimate edition, it's worth it for the LEGO and Fortunate Island DLCs alone (a lot of extra content/money).

The most fun I ever had in a racing game so far. (from the little experience I had with Forza 5 I know that it will be most likely just a better version of 4)
*Disclaimer
If you are looking for an extremely realistic game, this is not the one. Compared to Dirt Rally, Project Cars, etc., the driving experience is way different and made with controller/keyboard inputs in mind. At the same time, I did try to play with a wheel and I had a lot of fun, but I feel that I could have been way faster with a keyboard.
Also, there are no bikes, if you are into that.
