Football Manager 2022 Review (👹GHETTO GENTLEMAN👹)
Football Manager 2022 is a worthwhile and enjoyable game compared to some previous editions of it.
The state of the engine currently although FAR from what it could be , is nevertheless fairly decent and is actually amazing if you compare it to certain other engines.
My only clear complain at this moment is they need to tweak out certain aspects like :
ability of goalkeepers and distribution of goalkeepers.
I have seen ridiculous scripted games where average goalkeepers on about 110 ca manage about 20 saves a game etc.
I would not complain if the goalkeeper was say Donnaruma or Allison but when some poo on about 110 current ability makes like 50 saves a game that is just unrealistic and unbelievable. Also goalkeeper distribution is really poor and it doesnt help if you have a GK with amazing distribution to launch counterattacks. For instance if u set to distribute fast he would probably just instantly launch the ball somewhere randomly and loose possesion for you.
Besides that *MINOR* tweaks could be called for in the engine but all in all it is MUCH better than the crap I have seen before. Certain factors come too much in the play like reputation of clubs influences your results too much etc. but nowhere NEAR the extent of some previous football managers. IN fact i'd say in RELATIVE terms this engine is quite well balanced at least in comparison to other engines.
