Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Review (フォルテ)
Compared to SF6 and Tekken 8, if you have enough skill you can turn around any match. Ungabunga gorilla gameplay is discouraged here, there are answers for everything.
The matchmaking and the netcode are surprisingly good compared to KOF XV's garbage launch.
Episodes of South Town game mode is fine, although don't expect anything World Tour level. It's closer to MK's challenge tower with an EXP system and a map.
I won't spoil the story, but it's average at best and the presentation is all right for a fighting game (there are a lot of cameos of characters who might be added later by SNK)
If you struggle against SPG, just use (2)C+REV or hit back with an SPG, it's not as annoying as Drive Impact.
I have played MOTW for years competitively, this game is far more balanced than that and I was never robbed in this game.
Color Edit and Jukebox modes are really cool, but the OST is already decent for what it is.
I recommend this game if you are tired of braindead modern fighting games.
We just need more characters, SNK please introduce seperate rank/character.
