Far: Lone Sails Review (Major Richard Sharpe)
Let's get one thing clear right from the start - I don't do side scrollers or puzzle games - so why did I play this right through in one sitting? A friend told me that if I never played another side scroller in my life I had to play this - for the price I thought I would give it a go. AND I AM SO GLAD I DID!! What an absolute little gem of a game. Puzzles a plenty but none that have you wanting to kick the monitor from here to next week. The little character you control had me smiling a lot of the time and at the end I was really sorry to think he might die alone - I'm not going to spoil it for you but do make sure you watch it until the very very end. The imagination that went into creating the machines and the puzzles is brilliant. A real rest from Call of Duty MW2 and Hunt Showdown and I can honestly say I enjoyed every minute of it - my one and only complaint is simply that it wasn't long enough - more please and superb jobs by the devs - thank you ladies and gents I had a whale of a time with it. Get it and you won't be disappointed I'm sure.
