Here's my suggestion to potential buyers
Arguments For:
1: The content is very high quality. You can tell the creators are went all out with this dlc. If you found the base game levels enjoyable you will likely enjoy these rooms more
2: The content is longer than you may think. Each of these levels are close to double the size of the rooms present in the base game. If you count these rooms by the number of puzzles, interactable elements and actual size this is no exaggeration. So imagine you're getting something more akin to 8 base game rooms worth of content.
3: The theme is executed marvelously. The ambience is great, the attention to detail spot on and the room concepts absolutely in line with what you would want to see from this setting
Arguments Against:
1: The price. Your mileage will really vary with this point. The dlc is priced at a quarter of the base experience however in sheer length it's not equal to a quarter of the game's content. On the other hand, the improved quality seen in these levels when compared to the base games offerings might make up the difference depending on your perspective.
In Conclusion:
Honestly if you're a fan of the base game and didn't have problems with its pricing then you are going to get your moneys worth from this dlc. I honestly find the negative reviews for this thing incredibly strange. The price being only 5USD for 3.5 hours of incredible puzzle game content fun is really not that egregious even if you feel it doesn't fit your budget. Overall a strong recommendation if you liked the base game
