Dynasty Warriors: Origins Review (hatecomplexx)
hello, and welcome.
if you are a newcomer, if you vaguely heard of the series, if you know the pain of true emperor mode in DW8, this is a complete package that you can enjoy. to summarize: all gripes with previous games have been fixed or addressed, you will notice this very slowly as you play through the game, major and minor details. you'd think there would be some kind of jarring game mechanic dropped on you with how intense gameplay looks, but Mr. Tomohiko Sho, proud prouder of DYNASTY WARRIORS: ORIGINS has successfully interwoven the best lesson from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms: "Live with Passion". The different tone shift to a single entity POV for the story telling is very good.
Please enjoy this game as it releases naturally on the 16th/17th, and I recommend watching or playing anything relating to the Romance of the Three Kingdoms until then (there's a good show on youtube dat's free)
