Divinity: Original Sin Review (Tea 4 Tea)
"Our SHIELD has gone MAD!"
Looking back after finishing the game, I think this companion might be one of the most memorable parts of it.
I would often get really annoyed by his antics. Almost every time I had created a dangerous surface, he would intentionally walk onto it, even when he would have been fine if he just stood still or took a different path around the surface. When he inevitably took damage from walking onto a fire surface, he would try to gaslight me, saying that I was attacking him.
Oh, and let's not forget his disrespectful tone. He would often refer to me as an "it" like I was just an object to him, and act all high and mighty, talking down on me.
However, when I think about it now, I can only laugh at his silly behaviour. I sometimes find myself blurting out random Sir Lora quotes, so something about this companion definitely must have struck a chord with me.
I understand that Sir Lora is mostly there for comic relief, but I do wish he had a bit more of an impact on the story.
