Dishonored: Dunwall City Trials Review (Cultus)
If you're looking at buying Dishonored and its DLCs in 2022, chances are you'll probably pick this up as part of some sort of bundle. That's fair. Especially if you're buying while there's a sale on. The other two DLCs The Knife of Dunwall and The Brigmore Witches are both decent at the very least, and they provide a lot of interesting backstory to the rest of the game series.
That being said, if you're considering buying Dunwall City Trails specifically, I'd advice against it. The game engine (animations, hitboxes etc.) is not nearly precise enough to support a challenge mode. On top of that there's a lot of RNG with randomly generated patterns and dodgy AI that'll mess up your runs time and time again when trying to get the associated achievements. Only ever buy this DLC by itself if you absolutely have to 100% the game for... you know... reasons.
