Dead by Daylight: Sadako Rising Chapter Review (Bootleg Wah)

There are currently a few issues with the Onryo:

I do main Onryo as killer and over my time playing her I have come to realise like everyone else her main glaring issues. So what is wrong with the Onryo? Well to put it simply, although in this game she is considered a 'killer', she isn't very good at well... getting kills. At least not compared to most of the other killers in the game. Although her power is fun to use, it isn't very strong. Her teleport is alright for getting around the map quickly to get to gens, and her stealth is okay? But her chase power is just, well, basically non existent. And honestly that's fine, but my problem is if you're going to design a killer to be weak in one main aspect, you'd expect her to be really good in other aspects right? well apparently we expect too much. The Onryo doesn't really excel at anything in terms of her power compared to other killers and it really shows. Every quality of her power, there is a different killer that can do it better. Stealth - Wraith, teleportation - Dredge, chase power - literally any other killer. Whilst the Dredge and Onryo don't exactly have the exact same power they're definitely similar and it's pretty obvious whose the stronger killer.
As said her teleport is honestly alright. However the problem is the cooldown. After teleporting to a TV the Onryo can't teleport to that TV for another... 100 SECONDS!? Survivors can also turn off the TV's which I'm fine with, but what's weird to me is the cooldown is shorter when survivors turn off the TV compared to when the Onryo teleports to it. The TV is only off for 60 seconds if the survivor turns it off, meaning there is less incentive for survivors to turn off the TV's. Why Does the Onryo get punished more for using her own power compared to survivors trying to counter it?
Her stealth is okay at best but really not that great overall. It'll catch newer survivors off guard and maybe work alright in indoor maps, but if you're up against even semi-aware survivors you aren't going to be sneaking up on anyone. The problem is it's just too loud. It's not really stealthy if there's loud screeching sounds everywhere you go...
And then there's her chase power, which again is basically non-existent. Literally though... all you have to help you in chase is when you manifest you'll not have a red stain and will go briefly invisible a few times for a couple seconds and THAT'S IT.
Finally there's her condemn mechanic... It sounds really cool and strong at first as the Onryo can build up condemn on survivors, and if fully condemned can be quickly killed when downed regardless of how many times they've been hooked. This mechanic also works as natural gen slowdown as survivors obviously don't want to build up their condemn. The problem is how it's nearly impossible to fully condemn survivors or even just get any condemn on them at all, the only reliable way having one specific addon. Without addons the ONLY WAY to build up condemn is by teleporting to a TV that is within 16 meters of a survivor, to which they will gain 1 condemn bar, requiring 7 bars to be fully condemned. Throughout a whole match you'll probably normally only get 3/4 bars max on a survivor, and there are no other negative effects that the survivors suffer from through all the levels besides the 7th where you can be instantly killed. Survivors can ignore the condemnation mechanic entirely 95% of the time when they go up against her because the chances of an Onryo teleporting within 16 meters of you 7 times in a match is quite unlikely. Even if they do start to build up condemnation they can just grab a tape and get rid of it quite easily, not even taking up too much time.
With all these design choices it feels as though the intended playstyle for the Onryo was the 'Hit and Run' strategy. However with her poor chase power and how strong healing is currently this strategy either barely works or just straight up never works.

So how would I buff / rework the Onryo?

Note: I don't think all of these changes should be added, maybe just a select few, or maybe some better/different ideas that people can come up with.

(Buff) Significantly reduce the cooldown of the Onryo using TV's. Maybe also add a few more TV's in the map for her to teleport to, but to be honest I'm fine with the current amount.
(Buff) Reduce the time it takes before the Onryo can start teleporting to the TV's at the beginning of the match.
(Buff) Reduce the distance the Onryo can be seen when demanifested.
(Buff) Maybe reduce the time it takes to manifest and demanifest, as well as maybe remove the slowdown effect she has when manifesting. (Could work as addons).
(Buff) Make some addons base-kit that make the weak part of her power better, eg: Old Newspaper, Bloody Fingernails etc.
(Buff) Increase the rate at which survivors build up condemned when holding a tape.
(Buff/Rework) Reduce the noises made when demanifested, or at least make it so it's quieter/silent when survivors reach a certain level of condemn.
(Buff/Rework) Just an overall change to most of her addons as most of them aren't very good or should just be base-kit. Either buff the numbers on some or just change them entirely.
(Rework) Make it so when a survivor is fully condemned they're also exposed, and maybe also have their aura revealed until condemned is removed? Could possibly work as an addon.
(Rework) The Onryo can walk through dropped pallets and breakable doors when demanifested.
(Rework) Need to be more ways to passively build up condemned. Perhaps being within a certain radius of a powered TV. This would then also give more incentive for survivors to turn TV's off themselves.
(Rework) There should be different negative effects the survivors suffer from for the different levels of condemned they have, eg: when at 1 level of condemnation, you cannot hear the sounds the Onryo makes when demanifested. When at 2 levels of condemnation you see hallucinations of the Onryo (kinda like the Doctor). When at 3 levels of condemnation, you suffer from the exhausted status effect etc. (Could work as addons).
(Rework) Maybe make it so to get rid of condemned you have to spread it to other survivors instead via maybe new animated interactions with other survivors etc.
(Rework) Perhaps give the Onryo her own hook (kinda like Pyramid Head). Could work where if you down a survivor who has reached a certain level of condemn, you can put them in 'The Well'. When a survivor is in 'The Well', all other survivors who aren't hooked start passively building up condemn and will have to get the survivor out of 'The Well' to stop the passive build up.

So why did I write a positive review?

Despite everything I've said I really do like this DLC and the core design of the Onryo, and hope to see her get the changes she so desperately needs. She's a fun killer to play if you're not getting destroyed by survivors with thousands of hours on the game. I know most aspects of her power aren't even that unique or good compared to other killers but it doesn't really bother me, especially since the way her power has been designed is pretty fitting and faithful to her lore and appearance in the original Ring Movie that came out in 1998.
So anyway with all that being said-
Behaviour pls buff the Onryo <3
