Dead by Daylight: Roots of Dread Review (Why are You Running?)
this is one of the better dlcs.
You get a unique killer that can make the whole map dark, can teleport in lockers, and can use his power to help him in a chase.
His perks are decent, the 1st one is Dissolution: this perk can work well with other killers (legion as an example).
the 2nd one is Darkness Revealed: this perk is amazing on huntress
the 3rd and final one is Septic touch: this is the worst one out of all 3 but I think it works well with Sloppy Butcher.
As a survivor, you get Haddie Kaur, which is one of the most unique survivors in the game. Her design is very cool but she is the most neglected survivor, as she got 1 outfit in almost a YEAR.
Despite the dredge having decent perks in this chapter, her perks on the other hand are kinda underwhelming, as only 1 of her perks is decent.
the 1st one is Inner Focus: this can be good in some situations, but for the most part, is bad, and you won't get much value out of it
the 2nd one is Residual Manifest: this perk is actually decent, the blindness effect is nice and can be useful sometimes.
the 3rd one is Overzealous: this perk can be nice but the bonus speed is too low to be effective.
Considering the ups and downs, this chapter is still pretty good and I think it's 100% worth it
