Dead by Daylight: Resident Evil - Project W Review (Deathnoks)
Holly hell BHVR did not iron out the bugs between PTB and live. Hell I would even say he was less buggy on the PTB. I've only played about 5 games with wesker and the amount of bugs I've personally ran into is absurd.
1. Hitting people mid-vault with his power? Fat chance, it only works about 10% of the time.
2. the hitbox of his power was made so hilariously small that you can bump into survivors without the hit registering.
3. if you down someone by slamming them against the exit gate barrier there's a pretty good chance the game will still consider the survivor as "escaped" even though you have them on your shoulder.
4. vaulting with his power will just flat out not work half the time
5. if you're touching ANYTHING (pallet,window,SURVIVOR) his power just will not activate.
6. even if you do manage to slam a survivor with the microscopic hitbox sometimes they will just not take damage even though it plays the animation of wesker hitting the survivor against terrain. I seriously don't even know how you fuck that one up.
all of this was found within an incredibly limited time span so god knows what else I will find throughout the day, I strongly recommend against buying this until BHVR actually irons out this embarrassment of a release. I will continue to update this with any more bugs that I find
