So, lets note what Bubba can do for you.
With his chainsaw sweep motion he easily dominates hooked survivors and rules over his basement.
His cattle skull hammer is satisfying and includes a "thunk" when you wack teabagging survivors in the back of the head. He also comes with three outfits, in your choice of gender. The roleplay opportunities here are much appreciated.
And the downside.
He's not an A list killer, he just can't control the map with the ease that the mobility killers do, but even if you lose the match, you'll likely be a happy low IQ loser. And that's what great DLC does.
