Dead by Daylight: End Transmission Review (IronYautjaTTV)
Let’s talk about End Transmission and The Singularity. First off, Gabriel’s cosmetics? Yikes. The guy looks like he was pulled from a bargain bin of 2000s sci-fi villains. Between the awkward body armor and the weird neon color scheme, he’s more "sci-fi horror reject" than futuristic killer. If his design was any more “meh,” I’d expect him to show up as the antagonist in a straight-to-DVD movie. They couldn’t even give him a cool, menacing vibe—just awkwardly trying to be intimidating, but falling flat.
But okay, let’s get to the real issue here: Singularity as a killer. The man, the myth, the broken AI. He’s a killer that actually requires thought. You have to manage his unique power, figure out how to use the reprogramming mechanic to trap survivors, and maximize your shards. Sounds fun, right? Well, too bad most of the community doesn’t want to think.
The problem is, most players just want to troll with basic killers, or take the easy route to a win with someone like Freddy or Ghost Face. Singularity? He requires you to plan. He’s about precision, control, and clever traps. But in a game where the meta is all about quick and easy kills, that’s just not what people want. So guess what? No one plays him.
Verdict: Gabriel may be a good killer if you’re willing to put in the effort. But with ugly cosmetics and a playstyle that demands thought over trolling, he’s likely doomed to obscurity.
