Dead by Daylight: All-Kill Chapter Review (Goon House.)
Gameplay wise, Trickster truly is a poor man's Huntress. If you want a ranged killer but want a break from Huntress, I suppose he's alright, but you'd still be better off playing Deathslinger or even Plague honestly. Truly only worth playing him if you absolutely adore the character and personality he brings (admittedly very unique and charming).
Perks are all alright but nothing special. Honestly, smash hit from the survivor is pretty awesome if you want to try a strictly for fun build. No way out is slowly becoming a underground killer staple, which is pretty cool. The rest of the perks are just kinda forgettable though, but two stand outs is pretty standard for a DLC so it gets a pass for me.
Honestly, he's just extremely disappointing. I can't queue up and play this guy and have a good time because I'm constantly thinking about how much more enjoyable Huntress and Slinger are. It's a shame because he has so much flair to his design, but until he gets his own truly unique playstyle identity that isn't "The 4th worst ranged killer" I can't see myself playing him anytime other than for a random variety pick.
