Darkest Dungeon Review (Matyr)
Even though i love this game to death, the absolute dogshit RNG in this game killed 3 of my lvl 6 heroes in a single combat where they got repeatedly critted to death and even the flagellant who had %50 death blow resistance via trinkets got yanked in single turn leading to it's imminent death where i played a lot of runs with him and had so much fun with it. The difficulty spike at lvl 5 dungeons in this game makes it unplayable and really irritating leaving you just filled with rage and irrecoverable played hours, heroes' deaths. If you're making a game this hard, at least add a re-load mechanic or a chance to regain lost heroes to consolate players. Moreover, fix the RNG and make enemies have fair, decent stats; a 40 doge stat for an enemy who throws projectile vomit which plagues heroes and almost has limitless accuracy is frustrating while i have characters with 60-70 dodge and gets hit every turn. This game initially greets you with a disclaimer addressing it's not for everyone, sadly, this game is only for masochists who would like to see their save file trashed out in a single run and get aroused by it. Fuck you
