Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course Review (JD Kim)

If you enjoyed the base game you'll probably love the DLC as well!
The DLC frequently goes on sale along with the main game. If you're thinking about picking up Cuphead for the first time, then I would definitely spend the extra money and get the bundle with this DLC.
Even at the full retail price of $7.99 USD the DLC is worth it's price point.
The DLC contains brand new unique enemies, abilities, art, & music, again it is well worth the price. Unlike many modern DLCs, nothing in this DLC feels like a cheap copy paste from the main-line game.
In total the DLC adds 7 new bosses, and a unique side area which contains 5 more mini-bosses.
I would personally recommend playing through the main game first before starting the DLC.
The new character is arguably a stronger buffed up version of our main game cup & mug. However, despite controlling a more powerful drinking vessel, the DLC bosses are still significantly harder than the majority of the main game bosses.
The DLC ends our story with a nice conclusion, and the final boss fight in the DLC was fantastic.
