I really wanted to like Legacy of Persia... Don't get me wrong, it adds a few features I very much appreciate including rework of the Clan system, making the region of Persia far more interesting with many new sects, hidden religions, and interesting characters to play as. Still the struggle itself falls flat and is very disappointing. It is confusing, too short, you're not really sure who's against who and why, and it feels quite mechanistic when it ends. I don't regret buying the DLC, but I think they failed to meet their goals here and have much to learn from it if they want to continue using the Struggle system. If you really like this time period or region go for it and buy it, or if you are a CK3 fanatic like I am that buys everything they make. But if you are limiting yourself based on a budget to a certain amount of DLCs, I'd say this one is very low down the list.
