Crusader kings III: Khans of the Steppe Review (=Sarsante=)
In short: do you always wanted to conquer the world but found too hard? This make it easy.
CK3 take on nomads:
Migration it's just for flavor, you don't need to do it. You can start as nomad, conquer the world and never migrate. they added a fertility thing, seasons, but you can ignore all of that. They exist just to be a dlc feature.
Nomads are extremely overpowered with different new ways to break the game. It's like tribal but infinitely better.
As Mongol Empire you can demand submission and everyone that's not an emperor or part in a confederation will bow to you. Oh they also can give you more MaA and siege engines but if you do that lags the game really hard.
Nomads have a "camp"/estate type of building that makes you god on earth. it does anything and everything from more renown, more taxes, more herd, more and better MaA to a tent that spouses can't cheat on you, I guess this last one it's a cage you imprison her. It's absolutely ridiculous.
