Creed: Rise to Glory Review (Kiano)

As someone with a passion for high intensity boxing, I sought to find a VR game that would somewhat live to my expectations and become an alternative to my cardio workout. As a result of playing Creed Rise to Glory, here are some of the issues which I found obnoxious.
1. The stamina system

I get that the devs wanted to make the character's unique based off their stats, but just a few punches in and your character easily tires out, making you sluggish and powerless, forcing players to take on defensive positioning and not allowing you as the player to control the ring. Not only is it unrealistic, it's unbalanced. This allows the NPC to always have the upperhand on you.
2. Movement
Having to use a touch pad, followed with swinging your arms is too awkward for me. Despite the few hours I've spent on the game, I could never get use to that function. I'd much rather be able to move freely using my own two feet. Make sure to have plenty of space and perhaps lay down some boundaries before playing.
3. Knockouts
Playing at medium to high difficulty, I've noticed NPC's have the advantage when it comes to how hard they can exchange hits. You as the players could pull off a decent combo (stamina system prevents full potential) with direct contact, but the NPC's can simply knock you out with one or two jabs to either the face or body.
If you've delivered any power punches, you may have noticed that the speed in-game isn't accurate to how fast you punch in reality. As a matter of fact, it's slower, giving another advantage to the NPC.
4. Glove positioning.

When you play the game, you'll notice that the gloves aren't exactly synchronized where your controllers are. They're positioned slightly more forward, making it awkward in combat, but you learn to live with it.
My personal take on the game:
I admire where they were going with this concept, but given that VR is fairly new, it should be no surprise that this game has it's flaws and inaccuracies to real world movement. The design for characters is amazing for having a cartoonish look mixed with realty. Maps are especially in my favor, giving a full sense of reality.
Given that the idea of the game is based around boxing, I expected the combat system to be well balanced and simplified, but sadly that is not the case. My daily workout routine includes boxing, yet I don't feel I am able to move freely and effectively in this game. instead, I'm having to cover myself like a hermit, constantly waiting for my stamina to build back up over and over again just so I can throw four/five punches, then repeat.
If you want a boxing game with little limitations and more accuracy to how you move in reality, I suggest trying out the game, The Thrill of the Fight.
