Cities: Skylines - Industries Review (Momaphobia)
I'm choosing "recommend" on this product because I can see how it would be an amazing DLC for most people. The industries are robust and add a ton of functionality and (eventually) start adding good income for your city.
However, I don't care for it for my style of play. The industry buildings are all forced ploppable now and expensive. The storage doesn't completely make sense. Unique factories (that make things required to make other things in concert with OTHER industries) are expensive. It's incredibly difficult to manage your finances early game while keeping up with all the new buildings you need to place to make sure the industries don't stagnate. The only exception to this is the fishing industry which is part of Sunset Harbor. Essentially, it's not balanced and moves too quickly compared to the rest of the game.
Anyhoo - while it doesn't match the way I like to build, there's still a lot of new features and whatnot that most people will like.
