I don't recommend it not because I can download it elsewhere for free. Just like many others I prefer contents officially endorsed. I'm not recommending it because of its contents.
Bridges:
There're only two bridge styles (one American, one European) for each road type (plus a few for metro and trains), but I can't cross-match, like - the European stone bridge is only for two-lane road and I can't use it with a four-lane street.
Also, these bridges only work for the most basic layout of each roadway width, which means - no streets with tram tracks, no streets with trolley wires, no streets with bus only lanes, etc. This is really a big thumb down.
If I'm missing it, or a future update enables what I said above, please let me know.
Quays:
The quays look fine, although many types don't really look too much different. My only complaint is these quays don't seamlessly connect to the original quay in the vanilla game, and there's a huge gap if I place them one next to another. Since this pack is for aesthetics only, this isn't too pleasing unless I replace the entire bank.
