Call of Duty: Black Ops Review (SKULLED)
40 dollars for a game that only has modded/custom servers, and you can only play 5 out of 34 of them. Bought this to have a nostalgia memory but instead disappointed at how awful it turned out to be.
There are no playable servers and only 5 to 7 active servers, some of the servers has map rotation and includes DLC maps which will kick you out if you dont own it, while the rest of servers are either mostly hardcore mode, tdm nuketown only and a little bit of search n destroy with unbalanced matchmaking. Some other game modes are non existence even. Zombie mode is not even available in vanilla server.
If your preferred game-mode is full, then you may have to wait a little while to connect to the server. There are alternatives but nobody is playing on it as only 7 servers are active with players, while the rest are just there existing.
I also would like to mention the 'custom server rules' you have to follow because if you don't, you get either kicked or banned. Banned in 2010 game that barely has any active/good servers and players. Some of the servers have an ISP blacklist
Rumors say that when the 'game data downloading' whatever pops up, if you don't wait long enough for it to complete, your progress will be deleted, including prestige rank. I encountered this when i modified my weapon, added an attachment and it didn't appear during the game, i had to re-equip everything and it appeared after. So probably this isn't a good time to grind for rank prestiges.
Completely unfun. if you install plutonium, plutonium only provides American servers, 75% of it is a mix with bots and other guy is hiding from you and farming bots for dogs killstreak. Also not most of the times there are players on there anyways.
