Borderlands 2: Creature Slaughterdome Review (Steve)
Borderlands 2’s: Creature Slaughter Dome is what you would like to call another one of the 10+ DLCs that should just be apart of the game and shouldn’t be a purchasable downloadable content. When I had play through the game for majority of my time I legitmatley thought this DLC was apart of the actual game because of how intertwined it is and how stupid it is that you have to pay to use it. Seems like something simple you can easily just make it apart of the game. This is only worth buying if you want all the DLCs or like fighting tons of waves of Borderlands monsters.
+New location in the Wildlife Preservation
+5 new quests
+5 waves against Borderlands creatures: skags, spiderants, stalkers, etc.
+Other players can assist from a window if they join late or die
+I won’t lie this is pretty fun out of all the slaughter rounds in the game
+Only $5
-No fast travel
-You have to walk through half of the Wildlife Preservation each time just to get to the location and cannot fast travel directly to it like literally every other DLCs but instead they shove it into the middle of one of the base games maps thats about a third of the way into the story.
-After you finish the 5 waves you cannot redo them and the DLC is over
-Should just be apart of the game and not sold separately
-Not in the GOTY edition or Season Pass
This DLC is nice but really should just be apart of the main game and not a DLC whatsoever the game almost masks it making it appear to be apart of the game by placing into the basegames areas. The traversal to the location is bad but the waves of creatures is fun and easy.
