Blazing Strike Review (Beng)

we just stopped playing this, as my friend is telling me "Dont ever call me to play this again" so I wrote this review...

I do recommend the game and I do like the game. I saw some reviews and none of them got really close to what I have on this game in term of hours.
Since the start of this game's announcement I was following its development, and was eagerly waiting for it. but when it got kinda crowded by so many eyes it became a double edge sword.
In one side the game is beautiful and if it had the gameplay and online to back it up I think people would be sucking this game's toes, but if it didnt had all that It would be forgotten forever even if the game was not that special to begin with.
I'm still debating on contacting somebody in this for an interview because its such a phenomena, some choices in the game are so puzzling for me its like a emergency boat moving with the tides.
Its the constant fight from modern and legacy, the attrition between knowledge and pure stupidity. at the same time I think the devs knew what they are doing they seem shortsighted.
And for some reason we will never get the answers, and if they were trying to learn from this game alone, with the feedback they will never really harnest anything worth while.
Since the players are either HYPER KUSOGE BRAIN or Super Default Triple A.
As for the game here's what I'm going to say... First thing I tested was Hitboxes, Second stun and went from there gradually, and I was so glad with everything I saw until the system came in and destroyed everything but also ... Fixed everything? but thoes fixes were borderline "Anti-fightingame" like.
Because there was no moment in my playthro that I thought it wasnt a developer's decision except for some minor bugs, but I also thought to myself, "There's no way he thinks this is cool" (Reference to gameplay) but if you were the dev and sent this to friends that didnt had in depth understanding of fightingames I see they saying "Oh its cool ok thats neat its great"

I said this alot when explaining to friends that were interested in the game.
If this game was released in 96 with the design philosophy from that time. this game would be just goated for no reason.
But since its 2024 its like fightingames (General) have just enough poison in its veins to be a chocking hazard.
Other bullshit that I'm not trying to fill your ears with:
5/10 Choreography
7/10 Animation
8/10 Character Figurine (Its just modern for a genre that is always late for Figurine)
5/10 Character Concepts
7/10 World Design
6/10 Audio? (Huh?)
X/10 Story (Didnt played entirely yet was testing the game)
OH I loved the stage hazards even if they fucked up everything that really shows their enthusiasm.
