Blanc Review (Yammers)
It could be better. The online is awful, even in the short time spent with the game me and my gf were disconnected from each other multiple times (And our internet is great, so it's not that.)
The goats part was awful, one part of the puzzle involves snapping a white rope, a white rope that is completely indiscernable from the rest of the white background, with nothing setting it apart from the rest of the world. AND, Wolf interactables up to that point (AND AFTER THAT POINT) were shown to clearly be solid black. So that rope should've been black to communicate the player could interact with it. (And at some point, the white goat got stuck and glitched out. Resulting in us have to restart....again.
The 'shielding from the wind' mechanic was something that shouldn't have been used more than twice. The little area that's indicated as being 'safe' for whatever you're shielding is wildly innaccurate. Many, MANY times, whatever me or my lover was trying to protect from the wind, fall and get blown away. Despite the fact they were CLEARLY in the circle, smack-dab in the middle, even.
And the price is too much for a game that's barely over 2 hours. If we had finished it quicker, I literally could've refunded it, which I would have done.
Don't buy this game at 15 dollars (30 if you're buying for you and a lover/friend. Even LESS worth it then.)
Buy it at 10 or 5 dollars if possible.
If I had to compliment anything, interactions were cute. Music was beautiful.
The wolf and fawn didn't snuggle like we saw in the trailer 0/10
