Battlestar Galactica Deadlock: Reinforcement Pack Review (Herodotus)

Having downloaded the Firestorm Update, then looking hard at this pack I at first decided to wait. But then, having played a lot of "W40K Armageddon", "Sanctus Reach" and "Battlefleet Gothic Armada" recently I have become a lot more tactical in my battle planning than of recent times. So I played a round of "BSG: Deadlock" and knew I just needed the DLC (I lost two ships by not avoiding an asteroid the size of a small moon...so I began to plan more effecitively).
Since then I have restarted the Campaign, making much better decisions than before and have the new ships already being built to add to my main fleet. This then frees up a couple of other ships to form their own fleet away from Daedalos to defend systems threatened by Toaster incursions, as the new ships are really designed as fleet enhancers.
All-in-all, with the price tag it's a must-have for any commander who loves the tactical planning in this game, and the weighing up of assets against enemy assets.
"What should I do to defend this system? Leave Daedalos Shipyard and a small fleet in the base system, or carry Daedalos into missions with enhanced fleets protecting it?"
Both have their risks and that makes the Campaign map exciting.
**Don't like the idea of Cylons enacting mid-battle short FTL jumps, but then that's them isn't it, sneaky buggers.
