Battlestar Galactica Deadlock: Armistice Review (Kpmh2001)

Any issues I would have otherwise had with the ending of Deadlock's story is a fault of the show itself, not with the game.
Minor Spoilers:
The story does not end with a bombastic final battle as one would expect, but on a far more somber note. We as the audience know the mistake that the Armistice will turn out to be, so I was more interested in the conclusions of where the characters ended up. The only ones I wasn't satisfied with was the ending for Samantha and the Player Avatar. I feel like Samantha would've done better simply returning to her other duties, she would feel hollow having lost her sister, and the divide between her and Sarkis could've expanded into her being discharged from the military.
As for the Commander themselves... well, I guess it's meant to be up to the player what happens to them. With Toasters on the other end of a DMZ and a ceasefire in place, I suppose the potential is rather limited, especially considering they would be an absolute geezer by the time of the Second Cylon War. Ultimately, I like to think they died peacefully sometime after the war, the would never have to see the home they loved and fought so hard to protect burned by nuclear fire.
