Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora - Secrets of the Spire Review (Aleriah)

This game is absolutely visually stunning.
Everything from large, open grassy spaces with rivers carving their way through the landscape, wild life running across the planes to steep mountain ranges and dense forests and stunning vistas, this game captures the beauty of the Pandoran landscapes from the movies to perfection.
The quests are diverse, fun, challenging and surprising too at times, and there's a LOT to do, so you're never bored. From little fun puzzles, fun little secrets, cosmetic unlocks for you and your ikran, many beautiful places to explore, gathering, hunting - RDA and animals, to the truly touching, moving and, at times brutal, storylines are sure to fuel your anger towards the RDA and make you feel the Na'vi connection grow as you progress.
And flying your ikran or riding a pale (direhorse) through the vast open world is incredibly satisfying, thrilling and freeing, and it feels very natural. Yes, yes you can throw yourself out into open air from high places and call your ikran to catch you mid air.
Be careful though, mine seems a bit distracted sometimes. ;)
I was a bit hesitant about this game at first, since I like 3rd person, and to be able to see my character.
I also was concerned that all the love for the nature, fauna, flora and environment, I felt in the movies would not translate well into the game, or that the whole game would just be "kill RDA, win."
I am very happy to say that I was wrong on all of the above.
There's so much more to this game than first meets the eye and it is definitely worth playing.
