Atomic Heart: Enchantment Under the Sea Review (SigmaGoon22)
The Best DLC so far.
The continuation of the story is done well, you get to revisit some old locations with a fresh new perspective, as well as giving answers to many questions and with an ending that directly sets the path without any mystery.
As for gameplay, the new grapple module is amazing, it overall made the game feel much quicker and due to the very extensive amount of grappling buoys you can move around like tarzan.
The Newest Shotgun is a fun addition, its more of a run n' gun weapon rather than a heavy hitting shotgun that we had in the base game, but its fun and its all that matters.
Another warm welcome is the change of Nechaevs character, I have seen many complaints to his asshole type character and thankfully there is none of that here, he turned into a genuinely nice guy and I hope it stays.
Soundtrack is a banger, Geoff and Mick and the rest as always delivered an amazing soundtrack, especially the boss fight theme, that is a masterpeice.
In cnclusion this was a very pleasant and fun experience, although Id like it to be longer but I cannot blame the devs, they worked a year on this and Im very happy with the end result.
This DLC gets a solid 9/10, genuinely a good time.
