Atomic Heart: Annihilation Instinct Review (KiKuShaUwU)
As a huge Atomic Heart fan, this DLC is kinda mixed feelings for me... Still better then worse, but I enjoyed it much less then base game... BEA-Ds are cool concept, but they simply get too annoying too quicky... I mean REALLY ANNOYING, even more then those harvest robots from base game... Respawning dum*ies are cool idea too, less annoying but still slighty... BEA-D boos 1 and 2 IS MY NEMESIS FROM NOW ON... It took me 30+ tries, not kidding... New weapons are interesting, spear usefull, the second useless in my opinion... Ability to slow down time is also very interesting AND VERY USEFULL IN THIS DLC... Story is great again. Even if it's not canon and it's just "What if...?" scenario, it's still great and I love it. Goose is funny character and I wanted to kill him sooo much :) Swamp location is very nice and beautiful... the complex is giant maze that you can easily get lost in, and I dont like that... I havent encountered single bug in base game that would make me reload the game... Was it same for this DLC? Well... I wouldn't mention it if it was... 2x fatal error (both when respawning from BEAD-boss fight), bugged task marks, bugged glove (it wouldnt stop sucking, even if there was no loot, and it couldnt be canceled), 1x TOTAL COMPUTER FREEZE (I wont accept argument "well, the prob is ur pc", im 110% sure it was because of the game) and also I did fall through the texture :) Very nice map I must say :) Thanks to that I wasted 7 minutes of walking around instead of taking 10 seconds elevator :) Music is again great, but there was ONE song that I just don't want to hear again soon... it just became annoying to me after listening to it for too long (the song in complex), othervise great soundtrack... If I had to rate it which is better then definitely BASE GAME >>>> Annihilation Instinct... I enjoyed first half very much, then second half came and with it also my frustration thanks to BEA-Ds came...
