Atlas Fallen Review (Shadowpunk)
My Rating: 8/10
This type of *EXPLORATION* reminds me of the early days of Genshin impact, when it released. Easy to do puzzles or just pick up items and meterials.
I personaly enjoy EXACTLY how it's implemented in Atlas Fallen. I love exploration and yet when a puzzle requires more than 1 braincell i lose interest and get frustrated...always ending up with me on youtube looking for a guide.
The *COMBAT* has a constant skill/reflex check. (Im playing on the hardest difficulty)
The combat is insanely fun and with tons of customization for different playstyles.
I assure you there is a CONSTANT skill/reflex check in the game...even on easy enemies.
But i assume the game can be cheased later via overpowered customization options...just a wild guess...not exactly sure.
I died a lot...and i mean A LOT so far. The challenge is there.
The Highlight of this game for me was:
I ended up exploring a random corner of the map...still with the first armor we get...i felt weak fighting bosses and even normal mobs presented a challenge.
I find a Quest Giver who asked me to find artifacts in the area...
This resulted in me searching up and down the entire area for 1 hour...
Eventually found the last piece for the quest and was rewarded with an amazing and strong good looking armor.
Leveled up the armor and rushed to a boss i was stuck on....
Even though i died a ton on this boss before...with my new and improved armor from the quest...i managed to do it at the first attempt now.
Power and Gear progression at its finest.
Very enjoyable experience so far.
