Arma 3: Tanks Review (General Funky Monkey)
If you're buying this for the mission pack, don't even bother. The singleplayer campaign is genuine dogshit. In order to achieve the "good" ending, you must avoid collateral damage in your missions. Problem is, it's entirely too sensitive and doesn't detect whether or not the player was responsible for damage. This means that if an enemy vehicle runs over a wire fence, or a civilian car gets its windshield smashed, your player character gets executed at the end of the campaign. It's a great idea but BI have done such a terrible job fine tuning it that it's essentially impossible to make work. There are mods on the steam workshop just dedicated to fixing this campaign, and even they aren't effective anymore because of updates to the game.
The content is fine but not worth £7.50, wait for a sale.
