ARK: Survival of the Fittest Review (Allosaurus)
I love Survival of the Fittest and this review will break down what i think are the pros and cons.
PROS:
A battle royale based off Ark is such a neat concept and this does that job somewhat well for the time it was made.
Despite the other reviews, you can get into games, just not official ones. You have to go unofficial.
A good test of skill against some other players.
You get it free with a purchase of Ark. Probably should be free separately though to get more people involved.
CONS:
Abandoned by Wildcard because they probably didn't want to work on it so it is basically a blast from the past with the old Island design and sounds and creatures.
Small playerbase is also an issue as I see between 12-30 people on at one time which means you might have to wait for a match to end to get into another one.
Custom flags you import crash the game unless everytime you go to open SOTF, you delete the saved painting with .last at the end of its name.
CONCLUSION:
I like it but it sure has fallen from grace it once (argueably) had.
