Across the Obelisk: The Obsidian Uprising Review (EvenfallPhoenix)
Yes you can beat the new content itself in an hour, however you are going to be using that new content through many future runs and before long you (and your friends) will have put well over 5 hours using the new stuff. Which means you have easily got your value for this game. If you are someone that never replays something, honestly this game in general isn't for you.
This DLC is another example of a fair price for the value received and a way to help ensure the developers are supported and the content keeps coming. It's so stupid to see this labeled as "mixed review" because of people crying "the price" over $5-$10. I'd wager they spend more than $10 on junk that brings far less value throughout the week. This is $10 that goes towards enhancing the overall experience, well worth it when you get some perspective.
