Vampire Survivors Hits Legal Roadblock on PlayStation Cross-Save Feature
The previously announced cross-save feature coming to Vampire Survivors has run into a legal snag on PlayStation, and the chances are “very slim” that it will come to the platform.
In January, poncle announced that cross-save functionality was coming to Vampire Survivors in patch version 1.13. The feature would allow players to pick up and play their Vampire Survivors characters and accounts, maintaining progress as they moved from platform to platform — similar to how Genshin Impact works. Today, poncle confirmed that due to a legal issue, the rollout of cross-save functionality has been indefinitely postponed on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
