1. Will my account and in-game purchases be affected?
If you agree to transfer your Tower of Fantasy data to a Perfect World Games Account, your data will remain unaffected.
From December 27, 2024, to April 24, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0), the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization" page will be available (https://www.toweroffantasy-global.com/events/accounttransfer/index.html). During this period, you can authorize data transfer via this page. Once data transfer is completed and confirmed by Perfect World Games, your following Tower of Fantasy data will be transferable (including but not limited to):
● Character Data: Your in-game character, including UID, level, appearance, nickname, and simulacra.
● In-Game Items: All items in your inventory, such as equipment, materials, outfits, and vehicles.
● Home-Related: Home structures and combat beasts.
● Purchasable Currency: Unused currency, such as tanium, dark crystals, and gold.
● Purchases: Packs, Monthly Passes, Passes, and other monetized content.
● Game Progress: Main Story Missions, instance progress, achievements, event progress (Returner Event will end), and rewards already claimed.
● Friends and Social Data: Mail, friend lists, blocklists, and Crew-related information.

2. What if I have multiple characters under one account? Will they all be transferred?
Yes. If you agree to the transfer of your Tower of Fantasy data and complete the authorization process on the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization" page, you will be able to access your data by logging-in to your Perfect World Games Account after Perfect World Games launches the servers.
3. Will the transfer impact game operations?
We will strive to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to users. We will start the app transfer application on each platform on February 14, 2025 at 04:00 (UTC+0). However, the current servers will remain active until February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0), when they will officially shut down.

Perfect World Games will issue a gift pack after the completion of this transition and the details will be announced by Perfect World Games soon.
If you do not agree to the Tower of Fantasy game data transfer or do not make an authorization decision before April 24, 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+0), please refer to point 7 below.
4. How will I access the game after the transfer?
If you agree to transfer your Tower of Fantasy data to a Perfect World Games Account and complete the authorization process as instructed on the "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization" page, you can access the game by log-in your Perfect World Games Account in the following ways once Perfect World Games servers go live:
iOS, Android, Samsung, and Steam: Update your current game client to the latest version and log in with your Perfect World Games Account without any additional actions.
PC: Download the new launcher and game version from the official website (Tower of Fantasy | Open World RPG) to access the game.
Epic Games: Since the Epic Games platform will no longer be supported, you will need to otherwise download the game on the PC or Steam.

5. What is the transfer timeline?
● December 27, 2024: "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization" page goes live.
● December 27, 2024 to February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0): Data transfer and decision modification period.
● February 14, 2025 04:00 (UTC+0): Transition of store/app publishing rights; in-game top-up services disabled.
● February 23, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0): Level Infinite servers officially shut down; original Customer Service and related services discontinued.
● The go live date for the new server will be announced by Perfect World Games.

● February 23 16:00 to April 24, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0) (Extended Data Transfer Confirmation Period): Extended authorization confirmation period to give users more time for additional data transfers.
※ You can report any unresolved issues in the Level Infinite version of the game via email (support@toweroffantasy-global.com) until April 24, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+0). After that, this email feedback channel will officially close.
● April 24, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0): Final closure of "Tower of Fantasy Account Transfer and Authorization" page.
● April 30, 2025 16:00 (UTC+0): Tower of Fantasy data for which authorization was declined or not completed will be deleted.
6. Why are purchase services closing early?
To secure users' in-game data, in-game top-up services will be disabled in advance as stated in Section 5 of this statement.
7. What happens to my Tower of Fantasy data if I don't authorize the transfer?
Your Tower of Fantasy data under your current Level Infinite Account will be deleted on April 30, 2025 at 16:00 (UTC+0) and cannot be recovered if you do not agree to transfer your Tower of Fantasy data to Perfect World Games, or you failed to complete the authorization process as instructed.
To avoid the loss of your Tower of Fantasy data or affecting your normal gaming experience, please consider carefully before confirming your decision.
Alternatively, you can request data deletion in advance via the in-game Settings > Compliance Management > Data Privacy section, and we will assist you in completing the process.

8. Does this transfer affect all regions?
Yes.Perfect World Games will take over the publishing and operations for Tower of Fantasy in all regions where the game's services are currently provided by Level Infinite.
