Season 1: Lambent Dawn is LIVE!
Whether you are a seasoned Runner who has conquered our previous Rift Chasers season or a newcomer to the Meridian, we've got something in store for everyone in SYNCED Season 1: Lambent Dawn!
To ensure everyone has an optimal experience in the new season, we have prepared the following brief guide to help Runners get to grips with some of the exciting new changes:
Part 1: New Content in Season 1: Lambent Dawn
New Runner: Amelia
Amelia Escher is a former military intelligence officer who disappeared into the Meridian while searching for her mother. A year later, she reappears with unanswered questions and fragmented memories, hoping to uncover the truth behind the Meridian.
In SYNCED, Amelia excels at deploying mines to attack her enemies, and detonating these mines with her weapons can cause additional fire damage.
New Enemies
In the new season, Runners will encounter a variety of new Nano enemy types - including five uniquely powerful Tyrants. Runners must utilize all their strength and wits in battle to gain the edge and come out on top against these vicious adversaries.
New Game Mode: Ascension & Tyrant Rush
In addition to classic SYNCED gameplay, we have also introduced two new game modes for Season 1:
Ascension
Solo gameplay
Players will utilize preset loadouts (Runner, Nano, weapons, Mod) to complete specific levels
Players can acquire various Guntech weapons as rewards
Tyrant Rush
Boss challenge gameplay
Players can acquire red Mods after defeating Tyrant Nanos
New Mods & New Legendary Guntech Weapons
To properly equip Runners for the challenges that await in the new season, we have added 30 brand new Mods and 3 Legendary Guntech weapons for players to acquire and utilize
The first Legendary Guntech weapon available is "Overloaded", which players can acquire for free as part of our ongoing community event
New Events
Throughout the new season, we will continue to introduce fun in-game events for players to enjoy. There will also be special gameplay modes as well as limited-time activities that offer various challenges and rewards. For more details on events, please stay tuned to our community!

All players will receive the following welcome gift into their in-game mailboxes:

Part 2: Transitioning into Season 1
Mods
All existing Mods from Season 0 are retained and boosted to a power level of 4000
However, Runners require special materials to activate and upgrade Season 0 Mods in Season 1
Additionally, the max Mod slots has been increased from 4 to 7, with 4 for Runners and 3 for Nanos
Guntech Weapons
All Guntech weapon upgrade progress is retained
The Codex
Runners will receive an all-new Codex for season 1, offering new leveling opportunities
The level of your previous season's Codex will be transferred into resources that can be used to boost your Codex in Season 1
Others
All Battlepasses, leaderboards, and character levels will be reset for Season 1
Part 3: Other Adjustments
Guntech Weapon Enhancement
When augmenting Guntech weapons, a second stage can be accessed upon reaching level 25 in the outer ring
Leveling up requires materials, with different weapons requiring different materials based on their quality
Upon leveling up, an additional 25 level outer ring will be added. Once fully upgraded, a weapon's damage will be significantly increased
Guntech Weapon Adjustments
Crescendo
Instead of requiring the player to hold a full charge and then release to fire, Crescendo will now automatically fire once fully charged, allowing for continuous firing if the player continues to hold the fire key
Minimum charge time is now 0.2 seconds, and the maximum is 0.8 seconds. Damage is reduced by 50% when not fully charged, and attack range is reduced by 30%, with no penetration
Base damage has been significantly increased, leading to increased damage when fully charged
Supernova
Minimum charge time is now 0.2 seconds, and the maximum is 0.4 seconds. Damage and explosion radius are reduced by 50% when not fully charged
Base damage has been significantly increased
Others
Vicious Cycle, The Bouncer, Split Ender, and other Season 0 Guntech weapons have also received damage increases for Season 1
Runner Balance Adjustments
Apart from Dr. Stone, the cooldown timers for skills of other Runners will be significantly reduced, and their skill damage will be greatly increased
The healing effect of Dr. Stone's "Healer's Aura" skill will be greatly enhanced, but it will only automatically revive fallen teammates and cannot automatically revive deceased teammates
Nano Leap Adjustments
After syncing with Nanos in the game, players can use the "Nano Leap" ability
In Season 1, players have two extra moves after using the orginal "Nano Leap" ability:
Hyperleap: During the jump, trigger a vertical second jump to reach more locations
Cancel Nano Leap: During the jump, trigger a vertical downward ground shock to damage enemies. It can also be performed after the Hyperleap.
Exchange Center
Added Frequent Shopper Card
For every Automat Coin used (excluding limited ones), players will receive 1 Frequent Shopper Card
For every Legendary Guntech Weapon fragment recycled, players will receive 1 additional Frequent Shopper Card on top of the existing 20 Component Shards
Using Frequent Shopper Cards, players can exchange for any Legendary Guntech Weapon (excluding limited ones) in the exchange center
Mods Exchange
After recycling Mythical and Legendary Mods, players will receive Mythical Runner Mod Fragments and Legendary Runner Mod Fragments respectively
Players can exchange Mod Fragments for corresponding quality Mods in the exchange center.
Season Exchange
After each season ends, based on player's progress/Power/Codex Level/etc, players will receive Seasonal Coins
Players can exchange Seasonal Coins for Shillings, Nervas, Codex materials, mod upgrade materials, and more in the exchange center
