Patch #4: More Quality of Life Changes and Balancing

The Relics strewn throughout The Gray City have lain covered in dust for many hundreds of years, so we’ve decided to give them a good polish!
In this latest patch (Build 1.0.16), we’ve implemented a bit more balancing, particularly related to the Relics, some quality of life changes, and even more bug fixes.

When it comes to combat balancing, we’ve made the following changes:

Lowered the HP of the following bosses: the Astronomer, the Pustulant Prince, and The Weeper.
Tweaked the attack cooldowns of the following bosses: the Astronomer, the Pustulant Prince, and The Weeper.
Tweaked the AoE hurtbox of the Pustulant Prince so it deactivates faster.
Increased the HP of phase 2 during the Myrmidon encounter.
Lowered the HP of the following common enemies: Black Wasp, Slugsac, and Carver.
Increased drops for most bosses;
Increased the HP of common enemies in the Obsidian Observatory.

We’ve adjusted the following Relics and Souls to increase their damage. Some of these Relics will also scale with the player by adding a percentage of the player’s damage to their base damage:

Chakram
Spectral Blade
The Chained
Crystalline Lens
The Godseye
Sky-shard
Condensed Light
Living Talon
Censer of Ta-Hun
Jazier the Pompous
Volatile Jar
The Servant
The Forgotten Warrior
Idol of So-Venat
Serrated Gland
The Legion
Spectral Axe
Mutated Gastropod

Alongside the balancing changes, we’ve made a few of level design changes and some quality of life changes:

The Vault in the Court has been moved to The Deep Bazaar.
The Ancient Cipher in Mirrorways has been moved to the room behind The Skychild.
The Salt Shard in the room behind the Skychild has been moved to the Mirrorways.
Two resource nodes have been added in the Mirrorways.
Added a Relic Fragment at the beginning of the path leading to the Skychild.
Removed the Sentry Gate blocking the way up to the Skychild.
Swapped positions of the location indicators for The Grand Bazaar and The Deep Bazaar in the Translocation Room.

Last but not least, the following bug fixes are also included in this patch:

Fixed an issue where the incorrect button prompt to breach is displayed during the breaching animation for the possession mechanism in the Gardens.
Fixed a small map issue at the “lamp puzzle” in the Court.
Fixed an issue where the player character would play the wrong animation for a brief moment after defeating multiple bosses.
Fixed an issue where the camera shake effect would play with the setting set to 0.
