The posting of gameplay videos (including in-game footage and background music, hereinafter referred to as “gameplay videos”), livestreams, image sharing, and audio distribution of "RAIDOU Remastered: The Mystery of the Soulless Army" for Nintendo Switch™️2 / Nintendo Switch™️ / PlayStation®5 / PlayStation®4 / Xbox Series X|S / Steam®, a title by ATLUS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”), is permitted for personal and non-commercial use only, in accordance with the following guidelines.\All sections of the game can be streamed. To help more players enjoy the game, please clearly indicate when your content includes spoilers by using labels such as "Spoiler Alert." Please refrain from including spoilers in video thumbnails or titles that cannot be avoided by viewers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.\１. Gameplay videos may be shared on the following platforms:Personal, non-commercial blogs, websites, and social media accountsVideo sharing platforms２. When distributing content that contains spoilers, please include a warning such as "Spoiler Alert" so as not to spoil the experience for other players.３. Uploading or live streaming videos before the official release date is strictly prohibited. \When publishing or distributing, please include the following copyright notice.

\1. When posting gameplay videos, please do not upload content that lacks any original elements such as your own commentary or narration. This includes videos composed solely of in-game cutscenes or trailers, even if edited together.Additionally, uploading only background music or music data, or using the content primarily for music listening purposes, is not allowed.Please also refrain from including spoilers in video thumbnails or titles that viewers cannot avoid.As long as the content does not violate this guideline, secondary use of gameplay videos on social media (such as posting highlight or clip videos) is permitted. ２. Please refrain from publishing content on websites or services that require payment for viewing, as this will be considered as commercial use. However, incidental revenue generated through features provided by online platforms for video or live streaming (e.g., YouTube Partner Program) will not be regarded as commercial use.3. Please refrain from actions that may lead to defamation or slander of specific players or third parties. 4. Do not engage in illegal, inappropriate, or offensive posts that violate public order and morals."Illegal, inappropriate, or offensive posts" include, but are not limited to, the following:Actions that interfere with the normal operation or compromise the safety of our products or servicesCheating, cracking, unauthorized access, bypassing technical restrictions, illegal modification, or any tools or services that enable such activities 5. Regardless of the reason, if we request it, you must immediately cease publishing gameplay videos. Additionally, if we determine a video or stream to be inappropriate, we may request its deletion or suspension. Please note that we may not be able to respond to inquiries regarding the reasons for such decisions.6. We do not provide any guarantees regarding the publication of gameplay videos, including but not limited to non-infringement of third-party rights. We will not be liable for any damages or disputes with third parties arising from the use of such gameplay videos.
